Punishment of the crime
[209] On April 9, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 300,000 by larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on April 9, 2013. On August 20, 2013, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 300,000 with a fine of KRW 1 million with a penalty of larceny. On February 6, 2014, the court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million with a fine of KRW 1.5 million with a penalty of larceny.
1. Habitual theft;
A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0, at the 3rd floor reading room of the C-do Library located in 1260 Dondong-ro 1260 Donyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) at the 3rd floor reading room of the C-do Library located in the victim’s seat; (c) the Defendant took out KRW 50,000 of the market price of the 3-dimensional red 3-dimensional red-ro A, which includes two bus cards owned by the victim, one resident registration certificate, one national bank physical card, one cash card, and one cash 7,000 won.
