A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1190"

1. On November 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 09:30 on November 17, 2018, at the 1st floor office located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu, Daegu; (b) had 23,000 won in cash inside the wallets owned by the victim D; and (c) stolen it.

2. On March 29, 2019, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio in the said C1st floor office in his/her hand; (b) intruded into the office; and (c) had a 30,000 studio, the market price of the said victim D, which was placed under the said studio, was at least 30,000, and stolen the said studio.

On April 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:37, on April 4, 2019, the victim FF store in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, went into the wharf store for the operation of the victim F, and was stolen with cash of 3.6 million won in the document file by intrusioning the cre in another wharf with another wharf.

On May 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:52 on May 17, 2019, 201, at the H Hanwon located in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, opened the said H by using the cresh in which the victim H was situated, resulting in theft of KRW 1.40,000 in cash in the said cresh.

At around 08:30 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off the fresh of the victim J in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, with approximately KRW 400,000 in cash on the display stand, at the clock repair shop operated by the victim JJ of the victim J in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

On May 20, 2019, the Defendant: around 17:50 on May 20, 2019, entered the MM office operated by the victim L, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to steals the goods; and the victim taken KRW 96,00,00, which was the victim's possession in the safe.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

1. On June 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on June 5, 2019, the victimO located N in Daegu Seo-gu reaches a temporary government building where the victimO works as a security officer.
