A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and is currently pending in the appellate trial judgment (Seoul District Court 2013No1059).

1. Larceny;

A. In early September 13:00 on September 2012, the Defendant thefted KRW 20,000 at the DPC room located in Geum-gu, Busan, by taking advantage of the victim E’s physical fitness cards, BC cards, resident registration certificates, student certificates, and KRW 10,000,000 per each of the 13:0 other’s market price.

B. At around 15:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 per cell phone case containing each one of the Plaintiff’s resident registration certificates, student certificates, and new body check cards owned by another victim’s resident registration certificates, student certificates, and new body check cards.

C. At around 16:20 on February 26, 2013, at the first inspection room of the fifth floor of G University Central Library of G University located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) stolen KRW 13,000 in cash from walletss located in another victim’s bank; (b) the victim I laid down 13,00 in cash from walletss located in another victim’s bank.

From February 27, 2013 to February 21, 2013, the Defendant, at around 09:00 on February 28, 2013, on the following day, stolen the amount equivalent to 700,000 won at the market price of ELN North Korea, which was kept by the former Library located in the Busan Southern-guJ, in case of personal belongings used by the victim K.

2. On October 20, 2012, the Defendant embezzled the lost property by acquiring one resident registration certificate lost by the injured N, and returning it to the injured party, without following necessary procedures, at M University located in Geum-gu L, Busan. In his/her possession, the Defendant embezzled his/her own idea without following necessary procedures.

On August 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00 on August 25, 2012, at the 2nd floor of the M University Construction Center located L, Busan, the victim’s possession of the object used by the victim’sO installed therein.
