Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of KRW 1,000,00.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as an employee from the Fdab (hereinafter referred to as “Fdab”) located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun (hereinafter referred to as “Fab”) operated by C (Fab).

1. Larceny around 2013;

A.
