Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) taken over the E Carren passenger cars registered in the name other than the instant case D through the private village type C from the alley path in front of the North-gu B apartment at port, North Korea-si; and (b)

Nevertheless, the defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of a car rental car as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), and the said automobile has not been covered by mandatory insurance until now since the mandatory insurance was terminated on January 10, 2013.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on September 8, 2015, the Defendant operated a car with approximately 1.7 kilometers from the south-gu, South-gu, Mandong-ro 12, Nam-gu, Mandong-ro 12, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, to the old end of 165-1, without mandatory insurance.
