Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days;

Nevertheless, on December 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 3,200,000 in cash to the bearers who became aware of through the “D” Internet site on the street prior to the bus terminal located at the time of the Government-Si of Jung-si, 2015, and did not file an application for the transfer registration of ownership within the above date without justifiable grounds.

B. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of a motor vehicle from the owner of the motor vehicle or the owner of the motor vehicle, on May 12, 2016, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle at approximately KRW 8 km from the street in front of the 63th century to the street in front of the 1055 World Cup stadium, as it was in front of the 63th century, on May 12, 2016.

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. However, the Defendant operated the said Cub motor vehicle at the time and place specified in the above 1-B B, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
