A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Although a person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act by means of sale and purchase files an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase, the defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days from the date of purchase, even though he/she purchased a B car rental motor vehicle from an inferior person before discharge from Daejeon Metropolitan
2. On February 9, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the B car on the road of the B car-string distance located in the Daejeon-gun Daejeon-do, Chungcheongnamyang-do without obtaining a driver’s license on February 19, 2013.
3. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle with no mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated a B car without mandatory insurance on February 9, 2013 on the road of the middle string distance in the Daejeon-gun, Daejeon-do, Daejeon-do, Daejeon-do.
4. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a B car;
On February 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on February 19:5, 2013, and made the left turn to the left in accordance with the first way among the two-lanes in Gwangju Metropolitan City at the galside of Taeyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Daejeon-do.
