Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 20 days from the date of donation;

around August 2013, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership, even though he received a donation from D through AB, registered in the name of EAB in the name of EAB around Seoul.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the actual owner of Bone Star Cargo.

No motor vehicle owner shall operate any motor vehicle on the road on which mandatory insurance is not subscribed.

Nevertheless, around 17:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant operated the foregoing cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in the Olympic Games between Korea and South Korea, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
