Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has acquired a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of motor vehicle ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days thereafter, even though he/she acquired a vehicle in the CFJ dust registered in the name B from a person in the name of the deceased on the road near the G police station in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by transfer of a vehicle in the amount of KRW 18 million.

2. Where a person who has acquired an automobile in violation of the Automobile Management Act intends to transfer it again to a third party, he/she shall make the registration of transfer in his/her name before transferring it;

Nevertheless, on May 2015, the Defendant received KRW 9 million from D and transferred the said vehicle to D at a place in the Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in the absence of registration of transfer in its own name while taking over the said vehicle by the said FJlu, registered in B’s name at the above date and place.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on September 26, 2014, the Defendant operated the same motor vehicle over eight times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including operating a motor vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road near 300 meters of the 300-meter-distance Gyeong-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun.
