A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The evidence of seizure Nos. 13 through 18 (the head office of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor's Office shall be pressured.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 21, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on May 13, 2013.

Criminal facts

1. Although the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, etc., on January 7, 2014, at around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) sent approximately 0.78ggh of the Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) to F, a local mental medicine, on the roads near the E Multilive Road located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a local mental medicine.

2. Around October 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by Cannabis, etc. (marijuju) caused by marijuana, which was parked on the front of the Mode in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and was laid down without compensation about 7.81g of marijuana stored at H in the plastic finite in the car.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. resulting from the sale and purchase of drugs with a psychotropic spirit;

A. On February 2, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) parked on the road prior to “Jart” located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) cut off about 20 ghon from “K” in the car; and (c) paid KRW 3 million as the price.

B. On February 17, 2015, at around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) stored H in front of Lane located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu L, with approximately 0.4g of plasticphones, and received KRW 200,000 under the name of the price.

On February 18, 2015, the Defendant: G parked in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong around 06:00, where it is difficult to know the trade name; G that he stored in the apartment to M in the plastic wing box in the passenger car and stored approximately 0.8g of plastic philopon to M; and received KRW 600,000 as the price.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold a local mental medicine over three times.

4. Drugs for psychotropic spirit shall be administered;
