Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Western District Court on February 11, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on August 28, 2014.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1740" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. due to delivery of drugs of a psychotropic spirit;

On June 22, 2015, the Defendant, at H parking lot located in Sungnam-si G in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, about 0.2g of philopon, which is located in the one-time injection machine, to E free of charge.

Accordingly, the defendant received a local mental medicine over three times.

2. A violation of the Narcotics Control Act due to the purchase of drugs with a psychotropic spirit (fluence) was cut off on April 2015 through May 2015, 2015 and stopped on the road located in front of the exit of J No. 4 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for about 6g philopon from K in the car, and remitted KRW 1 million to the account in the name of L used by K around May 22, 2015, as a consideration for the said philopon (including KRW 4 million from the purchase price of philopon scheduled to be purchased in the future).
