Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. Due to the provision of drugs of psychotropic spirit;

B. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 22:30,000 won in cash from C on the road front of the head office in which it is impossible to identify the trade name near K Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul High Court on November 21, 2014; and (b) 0.4g of phiphonephones.
