A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

2. At around 22:00 on March 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed 0.07g of Mespile E Building F, which was provided and stored by B, in a disposable injection instrument; and (b) injected into his/her right-hand arms, after dilution with 0.07g of Mespiles, which were stored by B as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered a local mental medicine.

3. On March 18, 2018, at around 10:50, the Defendant, who is in possession of drugs and marijuana, as seen above, carried three of the Mespiles, which were 4.84g, 4.85g and 1.2g of the Mesphere after being administered by B, and put in three of the Mesphere paper, and stored 0.2ml of the Mesphere, which was dilution with raw water in the single-use injection machine, and carried 1.71g of the Mesphere paper (0.95g) and the Mesphere paper (0.76g) and the Mesphere paper (0.71g).

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a local mental medicine and marijuana.

The Defendant, on May 27, 2017, put the number of 23:50 on May 27, 2017, in the guest room in which the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Gel is unknown, 0.03g of philophone 0.03g into a disposable injection machine.
