Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 6 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) by the Ulsan District Court on December 19, 201, and on October 27, 2014, the Defendant had the same record of driving under drinking twice or more, such as receiving a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime from the same court.

On June 13, 2015, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a B passenger car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.087% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the front line of the new-dong simplified station in Yangsan to the front line of the same pair of vehicles.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, and was discovered by the Yangsan Police Station C and an affiliated slope D, which was under the influence of drinking, to verify the personal information and to present a driver’s license.

The defendant, after completing the resident registration number of friendly E that was known to ordinary people, was given D as if she was his/her resident registration number and used his/her resident registration number unlawfully.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on a perjury;

A. At the same time and place as Paragraph 2, the Defendant presented a portable PDA short message from a slopeD, and forged E’s signature for the purpose of exercising the signature to the effect that he/she is E subsequent to the driver E in the signature column of the "Regulatory on Drinking Driving".

B. At the same time, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, exercised a portable PDA short machine with a forged signature, as if it were genuine.

4. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. At the same time and place as in paragraph 3, the Defendant stated and presented E resident registration numbers based on the Defendant’s statement to the driver’s opinion column at the bottom of the State driver’s circumstantial statement report.

E stated “E” and marked on the name side of E.
