A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving a C Poter under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.117% in alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of approximately 2 km in front of the 19:50-ri 230-ri-ri 19, Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, the head of Sinpo-si, Seopo-si, about 19:50 on April 22, 2016.

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act (G) around 19:53 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant was discovered to have driven alcohol in front of the upper parallel of the head of Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and sent the resident registration number (G) of the Hapo Police Station guard and the F of the Hapo-si F of the Hapo-si, the Defendant was called to have his resident registration number as if he were his resident registration number.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the preceding paragraph, entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the Defendant F, as described in the preceding paragraph, using a portable PDA short terminal device possessed by the police officer E, prepared a notice of the results of drinking driving control, and demanded signature on the end of the foregoing PDA short term, and forged the above notice’s signature in the signature column and printed it out to E who may not know the forgery, a notice of the results of drinking driving control, stating the F’s signature forged, was printed out.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph 2, prepared a report on the circumstances of the driver’s license, including the name, resident registration number, etc. of F that the Defendant left and demanded the Defendant to sign and seal it at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph 2, and as indicated in paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) stated the “F” in the driver’s name column of the said report and signed it.
