A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on June 20, 2006, entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner of Vietnam’s nationality (D2) and was in an illegal stay status until now since the expiration of the period of stay on June 20, 2008, the Defendant was a person who was working for a domestic group of Vietnam as a C University faculty member or a graduate school student of the same university.

1. Around April 1, 2017, the defrauded received request from the victim D of Vietnam’s nationality, who was mistakenly aware of the Defendant as C University faculty members, to help the victims enter Vietnam’s university located in Vietnam, and the facts are illegal sojourn status after the expiration of the period of stay in around 2008, and the victim’s early 16th day of March 2016, 200, and thus, the victim’s early 1st day of May 1, 201 to send the victim’s early 4,800,000 won (hereinafter “the victim’s early 200,000 won”) to the victim without the victim’s intent. From around May 1, 2017, the defrauded acquired the victim’s 4,700,000 won from the victim’s national bank account in the name of the Defendant’s wife to the victim’s account in the name of the victim, and acquired the victim’s her nationality from around 16th day of March 216, 2017.

2. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) drafted a document stating that “the official seal of the head of the Korean Language Education Center, posted on the bulletin board of the 1st floor of the Korean Language Education Center of the Daejeon University L, Daejeon, was removed; and (b) deposited “2017-2018 semesters (school expenses: 4,800,000)” with a computer in the mutual influence book near the school; and (c) written the document stating that “the official seal of the head of the Korean Language Education Center, affixed on the notice removed from the bulletin board, was omitted; and (d) attached to the above document.
