Punishment of the crime

Defendants are students in the course of training in Korean language at the Vietnam University, with the Vietnamese nationality.

1. On October 25, 2017, Defendants A, B, and C jointly committed the crime: (a) around 20:00, at the third floor of the dormitory of the G University International Education Center located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, the victim D left a large amount of 317 of the dormitories with Defendant A and Defendant B while under the influence of alcohol; (b) going out of the city with a large amount of friencing cost; and (c) Defendant A took a knife (19cc in length in the knife) where the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Thus, Defendant B, who was flaged by the victim with the upper floor and flaged to Defendant A, flaged the body part of the victim by drinking it, and Defendant A and Defendant C also flaged the body part of the victim by drinking and launching it.

As a result, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim by carrying dangerous things.

2.
