A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and 2 years of suspended execution in the Changwon District Court's Jeju District Court's Jinju branch, and the prosecutor and the defendant appealed and continue the appellate trial.

2. A crime by forging a loan certificate on July 29, 201;

A. On July 29, 2011, the Defendant entered “H”, “H” and “J” in the name column of the guarantor of the loan certificate in the foregoing Crops, and affixed a seal affixed to H’s name prepared in advance following that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the part on the guarantor's column in the name of H among the private document borrowing certificate which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.
