1. The crime committed on March 21, 201;
A. On March 21, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “AB Building” form “AB Building” sent by facsimile from “AC”, an agent for KS 202 of “AB Building” to “G,” “AD” in the name column, “AD” in the resident registration number column, and the automatic transfer account number column, “AF,” “AF” in the new subscription telephone number column, “AB1” in the application date column, “G” in the applicant column, and signed subsequent documents.
Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the Defendant forged one copy of the new service contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document
At the time and place stated in the subsection, the above ‘AC' agency' sent the forged new service contract to an employee who is not aware of the forgery by facsimile as if the document was duly formed.
2. Crimes committed on May 19, 201
A. On May 19, 201, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around May 19, 201, in the form of “AG building name change contract” sent by facsimile from “AH,” an agent for SK Telecom,” “AG,” “AD,” and the automatic transfer account number column, “AK”, “AK” in the name column; (b) on the phone number column to change the name, the Defendant written “AGK” in the application date column; (c) written “G” in the applicant column as “G”; and (d) written in the applicant column as “G”; and (e) written in the next signature.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone name change contract in the victim G, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority.
B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document
The above "AH" agency's name-free employee who is aware of the forgery at the time and place mentioned in the paragraph has completed the service new contract as above.
