Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2015, the defendant was released as a candidate for the CFF in the election of the head of the national Dong-si National Forestry Cooperatives, and D was the defendant and the person who was the head of the high school.

1. The election campaign against a defendant or D's joint criminal conduct may be limited to the period from the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates ( February 26, 2015) to the day preceding the election day ( March 10, 2015).
