Punishment of the crime

Defendants were elected as directors in the election of executive officers (director) of G Agricultural Cooperative implemented on June 27, 2013.

A person who intends to become an executive of a G agricultural cooperative shall not visit the members door to door from 90 days before the expiration of his/her term of office to the election day.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 3, 2013, the Defendant complained of support by visiting the I’s house, a member of the said association, which was located in H of the Republic of Korea, to the effect that “the representative, who was present for the first time, was present, and was well asked.”

B. On June 3, 2013, the Defendant complained of support by having visited the office of K, a member of the said association, which was located in the Haju-siJ and called “I, at once, visit the office of K to attend the election of directors.”

C. On June 7, 2013, the Defendant visited the house of M, which is a member of the above association L, which is a member of the original city L, to “I, upon being elected, see that I will be extremely high for the members of the association, and I would like to request it well in this election.

As stated above, the above officer (director) was notified of the election campaign and complained of support. D.

Around June 7, 2013, the Defendant complained of support by visiting the O’s plastic greenhouse, which was equipped with a household air conditioning, such as the nuclear air conditioning N in the nuclear city, to the effect that “if an officer is an officer, he would actively act for the benefit of the opposite party.”

E. On June 7, 2013, the Defendant visited the vinyls of Qu, a member of the pertinent cooperative, equipped with a heating district, such as a cooling house in P in nuclear cities in nuclear cities in nuclear cities, and “at least one of the members of Qu, a member of the said cooperative, shall be elected as a director.

There have been 30 or more representatives who have been in contact with each other so far.

The court appealed for support by giving notice to the above officer (director) to leave the election.
