Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B was expected to be a candidate for the president of the CFF in the election of the president of the CFF at the first time, effective March 11, 2015, and the defendant, D, and E are members of the CFF at the CFF’s election.
1. An elector (including a person eligible to enter therein the electoral register before preparing the electoral register; hereinafter the same shall apply) who has been provided money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private post for the election campaign;
Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 500,000 in cash for election campaign upon receipt of the request for support from F and B.
2. No person shall provide any money, goods, entertainment, other profit in property, or public or private job to any elector for the purpose of an election campaign;
A. On January 10, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 100,000 in cash for election campaign purposes to D, an elector, for the purpose of winning B in front of the Southern G G, i.e., “W will be going to go to B.”
B. On January 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 100,000 in cash for an election campaign, i.e., “B-kicker’s name” to “B-kicker’s name” to the elector E in order to win B at the front of the community hall located in Hanam H, and for an election campaign.
