A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven B-low-water vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.102% in the section of approximately 1km from the 3rd square Do in front of the square No. 3, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, to the road in front of the square No. 9, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged D's signature without authority, and used D's signature with the signature forged on the job to the police officer who is aware of the forgery.

3. The Defendant: (a) committed the act of forging a private document and exercising the said investigation document in front of the plaza 9, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si; and (b) took place as seen above D; (c) was demanded by the police officer C to prepare a driver’s statement column of the driver’s statement in the situation report; and (d) signed the driver’s statement column as “D” on the driver’s statement column and submitted it to the police officer.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged the driver’s opinion statement column and submitted it to police officers who are aware of the forgery in the report on the situation of the driver’s driver under the name of D, which is a private document to prove the facts.
