A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a DMW X5 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.068% without obtaining a driver’s license from the first apartment in front of the first apartment in Korea located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, around 21:40 on August 2, 2017 to the front road of the same Seog apartment.
2. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant issued a first class ordinary driver’s license of the Defendant F, who was a public document under the name of the Commissioner General of the Busan Regional Police Agency, in the name of the head of Busan Regional Police Agency, and was found to have been driven by drinking on the road in front of the west-dong, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si on August 2, 2017.
3. The Defendant was asked by police officers belonging to the E District Police Station in the Kim Sea to make a statement of the driver’s opinion in the situation of the driver’s statement at the time and place set forth in paragraph (2) and discovered by drinking at the time and place.
Accordingly, the defendant was found to have been driving on his behalf while driving on his behalf because there is no parking lot and parking space and so on in the column of the driver's opinion stating the above driver's opinion using the color pen.

4. The Defendant, who forged a private signature and signed the above investigation, has been exposed to drinking by driving at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and has been requested by the police officer belonging to the police station in the Kim Sea to affix an electronic signature on the screen of a portable information terminal on his/her own.
