A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant driven a Fbening car with a alcohol content of approximately 0.139% from the 1km section from the 3rd day to the eth day in D, located in the window B of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the ethic distance.
2. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol, as set forth in paragraph (1), at the front distance of the E-mail at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) was demanded by police officers G belonging to the police station of the Changwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to produce identification cards; and (c) was under the demand for a separate presentation of identification cards, the Defendant presented the He’s driver’s license certificate, which was under the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan Special Metropolitan City, the official document of which he was usual, as if the Defendant was a driver’s license.
3. The Defendant: (a) committed the act of forging a private document; (b) the use of the document; (c) the use of the document in question; (d) the use of the document in question; (c) the use of the document in question; (d) the use of the document in question; and (e) the use of the document in question as if he were H; (d) the Defendant responded to drinking measurement; and (e) the said police officer knew of such fact; (c) made the police officer enter his personal information in the state driver’s statement report and the voluntary accompanying agreement; and (d) made the above police officer’s request for signature and seal; and (e) signed in the letter of confirmation of the driver’s statement statement in the state driver’s statement report and the driver’s statement statement in the state driver’s statement report and the voluntary accompanying confirmation document; and (e) attached it to the above police officer without authority to sign the device on the screen page that was demanded to sign as a result of regulating the driving of the mobile information terminal (PA); and (e) made the aforementioned use of the document by H.
