A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from May 200 to August 2012, 201, is a person who served as a quality control employee in company E located in Ansan-si Group D building (B3-15), and from August 2012 to April 2013, the Defendant is a person who served in company G located in Seosan-si F (stock company E with its factory name changed from the same company to its factory name; hereinafter “G”).
When it is difficult for the Defendant to submit the test report under the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute, an officially recognized institution, to use the parts to be used in “X56 Ra” in “H” in “E” (hereinafter “E”), etc., the Defendant had expressed his intent to arbitrarily change the test report (the test result passing criteria) on the same product that was already issued and submit it to H.
1. Regarding the test report of parts for “XK56 Round”
A. A. Around July 31, 2009, the Defendant altered the test report on “AF10898076, F0903-01: AL5083, Apr. 10, 2009 on “AF10903-01: AL5083)” in the name of the President of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (AF10898076, F0903-01: AL5083) using a computer to store “test report (receiving number I)” in a file format on a computer, and then changed the “393” in “a seal strength” into “378”, “327” in “a person strength” into “27 rate”, “100” in “a person’s name” into “a person’s name” into “a person’s name” and “a person’s name” in “a person’s name” into “a person’s name of the Korea Testing Research Institute” into “a certificate”.
(2) At the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) on April 10, 2009, the term “port robbery” of the test report (receiving number J) in the name of the President of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute (AF10898076, F0903-01: AL5083); and (b) on the same manner as referred to in the preceding paragraph, “311” in the “test report” in the name of the President of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute; and (c) “12” in the “year rate.”
