A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes related to the Seocheon Development Headquarters;
A. On January 18, 2012, the Defendant forged the receipt number “B216-12-00036,” and the issuance date “2012-01-18” using a Korean program in the office of the Defendant’s management located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan, and printed out the “B216-12-0036,” and entering the results in the name of the Director of the FITI Research Institute in the name of the original director of FITI Research Institute and the date of issuance, and then printing out the results in the name of the original director of FITI in the name of the FITI director of FITI Research Research and Development Institute with respect to FIT MDA by using a kn capital, and forged five copies of the results of the test in the name of the Director of FITI Director, a private document related to certification of facts at the same place on the same day as the attached list of crimes.
B. On January 27, 2012, the Defendant submitted to the Seocheon Development Headquarters located in Seocheon-dong 674, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, as if he had duly formed five copies of the FITI test report under the name of the Director of the FITI Testing and Research Center, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
2. Crimes related to the Taean Development Headquarters;
A. On September 20, 2012, the Defendant forged two copies of the receipt number “B216-12-0170,” the date of issuance “2012-09-20,” and the date of issuance “2012-09-20,” which was written using a Korean language program and printed out, which was recorded on the receipt number column of the test report under the name of the Director of the FITI Testing and Research Institute, and the date of issuance, which was inserted in the column of the receipt number of the test report under the name of the Director of the FITI Research and Research Institute, and then printed out by using a krashner.
B. On October 4, 2012, the Defendant submitted to the Taean Development Headquarters, which was 457 due to the development of the Northwest-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and exercised the results of the investigation under the name of the Director of the FITI Testing and Research Institute, forged as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
