Punishment of the crime

From January 2007 to April 2013, the Defendant is a person in charge of quality control duties while serving as the deputy head in the Company B, which is a company that supplies the “water/tights” and the “water/tights” for naval vessels to Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., a defense industry company, as a vice head.
