A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been in charge of electric power in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, a person who manufactures optical fibres and optical elements products, photogramgrology parts, etc.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. Around November 2012, the Defendant instructed E, an employee at the office in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., to the effect that the results of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute shall conform to the Standards, and the above E changed the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (C3601:10) that was previously issued and kept in the form of cans file in accordance with the Defendant’s instructions to output the “metallic (C3601:10)” into metal market (C3601:40). The date of receipt “ October 5, 2010” into “ October 13, 2010” and “ October 13, 2010” into “ October 13, 2010,” and “ October 2013, 2010,” respectively.

As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute, which is a private document about certification of facts.

B. Around November 2012, the Defendant instructed E, an employee, to modify the results of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute in accordance with the Defendant’s instruction, and the foregoing E changed the sample of the test report (G) in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute (C3604: 40) into metal market (C3601: 40) “The metal market (C3601: 40)” and printed out “57.37” to “59.37”.

As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute, which is a private document about certification of facts.

2. Uttering of a falsified investigation document and fraud;

A. On November 2012, the Defendant submitted a forged test report (F) at the above office of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. to the officers in charge of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. who are aware of the fact that it had been duly formed, and exercised it.
