Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who is engaged in driving automobiles by the defendant in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act;
On August 8, 2010, at around 06:55, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.244%, and the Defendant was driving the said car with a view to a view to a point of GS25 ccifier at the cBS broadcasting station in front of the CBS broadcasting station which is linked at Jeju city.
