A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.147% 0.147% around 02:55 on July 8, 2016, and led to the running of the said car at approximately 50km in time, depending on the speed near the doro-distance 60, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven a rocketing car as described in paragraph (1), while under the influence of alcohol at about 4 km section from the 4km section to the road near the dorok-ro 60, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the 0.147% alcohol concentration.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of B rocketing and other automobiles.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant is in the vicinity of the Fridong, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon at the time and time under paragraph (1) to the 60th of the same Gu.
