A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 도로교통법위반(음주운전) 및 자동차손해배상보장법위반 피고인은 2013. 11. 17. 21:55경 혈중알콜농도 0.178%의 술에 취한 상태에서, 청주시 상당구 금천동에 있는 ‘열라 짬뽕’ 앞 도로부터 같은 동에 있는 ‘또또와 식당’ 앞 도로까지 약 200m에 걸쳐 의무보험에 가입되어 있지 아니한 피고인 소유의 B 테라칸 승용차를 운전하였다.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the victim C, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of a medical treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim E, such as light dystum, tensions, and tensions that require a medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim G (V, 60 years old), the victim H (V, 64 years old), and the victim I (V, 56 years old), respectively.
