Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) (the Defendant), while driving a DNA motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.184% on the front side of the C in Jeju Island, and driving a DNA motor vehicle at the front side of the C in one lane from the E hotel room to the public health clinic. On the front side of the E hotel room, the Defendant got the back part of the victim FF (the age of 29) driving the G SP motor vehicle driven at the front part of the EM motor vehicle and suffered about two weeks from the victim H (the age of 52) who is the F and his/her passenger, by taking the back part of the EM motor vehicle.

At the time, the defendant was in an inaccurate state under the influence of alcohol, the face was red, and it was difficult to drive normally, such as normal walking failure.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.

2. Around 19:55 on July 6, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.184%, and the Defendant driven a DNA-based car from the section of approximately 1 kilometer to C in front of Jeju-si, which is linked to Jeju-si, from the road before the New Jeju-si, to the road in front of Jeju-si.
