A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Criminal facts of 2015 high group 3394

A. Around July 22:35, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol exceeding 0.1% of alcohol content in the front of the Han Bank located in the 13-lane 23-ro Dowp, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for about 50 meters, from the Do in front of the home-to-be 13-lane Do in the same Dowing-ro 23-ro.

B. At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) controlled drinking on the 5-laneh 13-day road in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) was requested by the head of the traffic safety division of the Gangnam-gu Police Station C to make a notification of the results of drinking driving; (c) the name and resident registration number of his/her model D; and (d) he/she saw himself/herself as D; (c) signed D’s signature on the signature column on the upper end of the above report; and (d) submitted D’s signature on the upper end of the report, “D”, “E”, “D’s name,” “D’s drinking motive,” and “the driver’s opinion column, “the driver’s failure to find a substitute engineer,” and “the driver’s failure to exercise his/her authority to do so; and (d) submitted D’s signature to C’s signature for the purpose of proving the results of drinking; and (d) the above report was made by submitting the driver’s report to C.

2. On December 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two months and four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on December 2, 2010, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Sungdong Detention House on December 20, 2010.

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 10, 2013, to the victim F in a non-fluorous lele in the vicinity of the valley in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
