A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on and around 23:02, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the Defendant’s house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to the D gas station located in Guang City C, without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 29km, while under the influence of alcohol with about 0.235% in alcohol during blood while under the influence of alcohol.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by notifying the resident registration number of F of the king Police Station F and affiliated slope G in order to verify his/her identity, and illegally using another person’s resident registration number by notifying another person’s resident registration number to verify his/her identity on the front of the D gas station located in C at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant forged a private document and the instant investigation document: (a) stated in the date and time set forth in paragraph (2) and at the same place that was investigated by driving under the influence of alcohol at the driver’s report; (b) stated that “No objection is raised; (c)” was stated as “H on April 18, 2018; and (d) forged the part of the driver’s statement, which is a private document concerning the proof; and (c) delivered the falsified Police Station F of the king Police Station and its affiliated slope G with the driver’s statement as if they were duly formed.
