1. 2. Crimes against I places of business;

A. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant provided a place for sexual traffic by leasing an I business of approximately 78 square meters on the third floor of the J-dong, Daejeon at KRW 2 million monthly and around May 24, 2017; around June 1, 2017, the Defendant employed L as a sexual traffic woman; around May 24, 2017, M as an employee; around June 13, 2017, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic between 78 and 250,000 won as an average male’s name or name, and 50,000 won as an employee; and around June 13, 2017, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic under the same method from May 24, 2017 to June 13, 2017.

B. As a result of the crackdown on June 13, 2017, the Defendant suspended the business of the said establishment on the ground that around July 19, 2017: (a) recommended to offer KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000 from sexual traffic; (b) employed female under L and non-titled names as a sexual traffic woman; and (c) directed, around July 21, 2017, the Defendant, who received the similarity of M at the said establishment, provides guidance to L with respect to the nameless men.
