1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 15, 2017, Defendant A provided a place for sexual traffic by leasing three floors of the building D, Dong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to provide a place for sexual traffic, and employed B as a staff member on July 15, 2017, and through B, Defendant A would provide E and F with a reasonable amount of KRW 70,00 per customer.

At the same time, in the third floor with a marina room and waiting room from August 3, 2017 to August 17, 2017, in order to operate a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of "G", in which the above third floor with a marina room and waiting room was located, the commercial sex acts are arranged for the commercial sex acts by having the name-free men and the above women who find Internet site commercial sex acts have sexual intercourse, and by acquiring 30,000 won out of the commercial sex acts amounting to 100,000 won, as a broker for commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant B

A. In violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (the brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic), the Defendant knew that the above A engaged in an act, such as arranging sexual traffic, as described in paragraph (1), with the knowledge that he/she had been engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. from August 3, 2017 to August 17, 2017, the Defendant provided that he/she would receive KRW 150 to 18 million per month from August 3, 2017 as an employee who manages the above business, and provided guidance to a marina room to receive KRW 100,000 from the non-personal males and to have a sexual intercourse with the female, thereby facilitating the crime of the above A.

2) On November 2017, the Defendant provided a place to engage in sexual traffic by leasing three floors of the building D, Dong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, with a view to providing a place to engage in sexual traffic, and 70,000 won per customer if he/she conducts a similar act to see the male sexual organ by hand to three women in the non-name.

In soliciting commercial sex acts women, they were employed as commercial sex acts women. From December 3, 2017 to December 20, 2017, in operating commercial sex acts establishments with the trade name of "G" on the third floor with marina rooms and waiting rooms from around December 3 to December 20, 2017, in which Internet site advertisements have been sought, and the name-free men and the above commercial sex acts women have similar acts, and 30,000 won out of the commercial sex acts amounting to 100,000 won.
