A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 17, 2010, the Defendant, at the E-type hall office located in Northern-gu, Northern-gu, in the name of the J, stated “F Co., Ltd.”, “G, H, I, J, K, and K” in the indication of shares to be sold and sold, “10,000 shares of L Co., Ltd. owned by F Co., Ltd. and KRW 270,000 per share (270,000)” in the indication column of shares to be sold and stamped at the E-type hall office, which is located in the north-gu, North-gu, Dong-gu.
Therefore, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a share sales contract in the name of J, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and at that time, the Defendant issued a forged share sales contract to the representative director M of F Co., Ltd., who is aware of such forgery as above, as if it were duly formed.
2. On October 4, 2010, the Defendant, at the same place as paragraph (1) of this Article, entered “N, H, I, J, K, and creditors” in the principal column in the form of a documentary verification on the paper of the instrument of borrowing, at the same time as in paragraph (1) of this Article, on the ground that “N, H, I, J, K, and F (State) M” was necessary for the use of J’s seal impression fromO adjacent to the name of J, and affixed a seal of J.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan certificate in the name of J, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and at the same time, issued a forged loan certificate to the representative director M, a corporation, who is aware of the forgery, as seen above, and exercised it.
3. On June 201, 201, the Defendant posted a seal of J in advance on the letter of delegation of the Delegation of the lawsuit that J delegated the lawsuit to Q law firm Q from the law firm Qu office located in Daegu Suwon-gu P, Daegu-gu P, to the right side of the letter of delegation of the lawsuit that J delegated to Q law firm Q.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant is a letter of delegation of a lawsuit in the name of J, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.
