Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2010, the Defendants concluded a sales contract with Defendant A and C to purchase KRW 115 Dong 1803,00,000 for the purchase price of KRW 3330,00,00,000,000 for the purchase price of KRW 175,000,000 for the lease deposit. However, even though the tenant F of the above apartment leased the above apartment, the Defendants decided to arbitrarily prepare a real estate lease contract in the name of F, stating the deposit amount of KRW 20,00,00,000 for the lease and to use it for the loan from the lender.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On February 5, 2010, Defendant C, using a pen in the form of a real estate lease contract prepared by Defendant B at a place where the location is unknown, indicated “A 15 Dong 1803, Seoul Special Metropolitan City E 115,003”, “A 20,000,000 won”, “A 115 Dong 1803, Seoul Special Metropolitan City E 115,000,000 won”, “A 1803,000 won” in the lessee’s address column, and marked “G” and “F” in the resident registration number column, followed by the above F’s name.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering in collusion.

B. On February 11, 2010, Defendant B forged the certificate of the monthly rent deposit at F's house located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City E 115 Dong 1803, Dong 1803, Defendant B, using the pen in the form of the certificate of the monthly rent deposit issued by H Co., Ltd. staff I, followed the pen in “F”, “Seoul E 115 Dong 1803,” “G” in the resident registration number column, “B” in the rental period column, “20,000 won”, “2,00,000 won” in the deposit column, and “1,200,000,000 won” in the monthly rent column, and affixed a seal affixed to F's name by taking advantage of the gaps in the name of F.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with each other.
