Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, from around 22:30 on August 29, 2013 to 22:40 on the same day, the Defendants divided 7 cards by using 52 card from “F party room” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul E and the third floor, and then, the number was either the card in which the same card or pattern is identical and the number is continuous according to the rule, such as dumping the card into the floor, or the card in which the number is the same, or the game has been completed, the sum of the number of the cards in possession is the winner, and the scambling of “hullar” was made several times by giving 1,500 won to the winners.
