C On September 18, 2009, the Jeonju District Court was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and on December 9, 2009, the same court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. and was released on May 9, 2011 during the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on May 31, 201, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired.
The Defendants, “The 2015 Highest 1286, 2015 Highest 2197,” proposed that Defendant B and C use television news on the check aid using a reproduction machine, and Defendant B and C accepted this.
1. On March 12, 2015, Defendants in violation of the Illegal Check Control Act purchased a reproduction machine, printing paper, etc. to be used for copying of a check on or around March 12, 2015, and forged 50,000 won cashier’s checks issued by the New Cooperatives Federation by inserting the front side of the 100,000 won check (the issuing of the New Cooperatives Federation, the check number I) that Defendant A sought from Kim Jong-si on March 23, 2015.

On March 25, 2015, the Defendants: (a) purchased 20,00 won of the market price at the clothing store operated by the South-siJ on March 25, 2015, in accordance with the aforementioned criminal solicitation; (b) presented to the victim who was unaware of the forgery of a check, 10,000 won of the forged check, as provided in paragraph (1), and acquired 80,000 won of the goods and 10,000 won of the cash by obtaining KRW 80,000 of the goods and 20,000 won from the victim who was aware of the forgery of the check.
As such, the Defendants conspired to exercise forged securities at least 35 times in the same manner, such as the list of the attached crimes, and acquired goods, services, and cash equivalent to the total amount of 3.5 million won and acquired them by deception.
