Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint offenses committed by Defendant A, B, and C;

A. The Defendants, in violation of the Illegal Check Control Act, conspired to forge the cashier’s checks of 100,000 won to pay the price, accommodation charges, and oil expenses to the forged checks at the stores, inns, stations, stations, etc., and to defraud the nominal money.

Between May 28, 2012 and May 30, 2012, Defendant C, using a computer and composite machine prepared in advance for the cashier’s checks ( check No. D) at the Doncheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan, Inc., the Defendant C sent three copies of the said checks to the Kacheon-si. B. C. On May 31, 2012, the Defendants purchased clothes at the above clothes room around 15:30 on May 31, 2012, and received delivery of KRW 80,000,00 from Z, namely, one cash check, which was forged, to the above Z, which was believed to have been actually issued on the check.

From that time until July 11, 2012, the above Defendants were victims in the same way 96 times as shown in attached Table 1 (Ⅰ).
