A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and for six months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. From June 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was employed from around 5, 2017 to Busan Gangseo-gu as a daily worker in E (State) and was engaged in the breaking of documents; (b) from around 9th of the same month, the victim bank located inside and outside of the Busan Bank and caused the breaking of documents, etc. requested by the said branch office; and (c) discovered stuffs containing checks that are subject to breaking.
On the 14:00 of the same month, the Defendant carried 185,400,000 won in the face value of the check in front of himself, including a copy of the check at the face value of 30 million won, in order to use the check in a normal way by drilling only one hole on his front of the check.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.
B. At around 19:00 on June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed the part of the face value 1,00,000 won check in front of the Defendant, which was the check normally issued in the “G” located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-do; (b) 5,000 won check in front of the Defendant’s face value (H, the Bank’s serial number I, the Bank’s serial number K, the Bank’s serial number K, the Bank’s serial number K, and the Bank’s serial number K), and 1,000,00 won check in front of the Defendant’s face value, in a way of paintinging the part in front of the check with the paper attached to the check written in front of another Party, and in the form of a verification.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged the above check for the purpose of exercising the right.
(c)
The Defendant, at around 03:00 on June 18, 2017, issued two copies of the check value (the check number I, J) on one million won in his own face value (the check number I, and the check number J) as described in the above sub-paragraph (b) at the “P main point” of the O’s operation located in the Busan Northern-gu N, Busan around 03:0,00, and issued two copies of the check at one million won in his own face value to his employee Q who is not aware of the fact.
