A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. However, in fact, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay a KRW 100,000 won check to the victim and G, and had made such a false statement in the intent of deceiving the payment of the check by iceing it.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and G, received KRW 80,00 from G on the same day.

2. On January 11, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) calls from the public telephone room installed in the front of the I Hospital in the Haban City, Haban City, to the Jatdon Hadin Hadin Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon 18,00 won as L building; (b) “Idndon Hadon Hadon Had on 100,00 won with money; and (c) the victim prepared for 82,000 won with madon 82,00 won and padon and ordered the delivery to G to deliver the Defendant.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay 100,000 won checks to the victim, but did so by deceiving the money from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, attempted to defrauding KRW 82,00,00.
