1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Two injections for one time that have been seized (number 1, 2 of the list of the articles seized).

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 28, 2011.

1. On April 3, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant presented the victim D’s resident registration certificate at the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Cmate, and entered the name and resident registration number of E in a new service contract and a sales contract for a terminal, and submitted them after signing.

However, as the defendant was unable to join the mobile phone with bad credit standing, he applied for the mobile phone by using the E's resident registration certificate without permission of E.

The Defendant received from the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 933,90 in the market value of Samsung Tallon 16G market value.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On April 20, 2012, around 08:00, the Defendant administered 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, which are dilution by using an injection device, on his/her right arms, in G observer car parked in F, Busan, the Defendant administered 0.03g of 0.03g.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug.

3.(a)

The Defendant entered the name column in the name column of “E” and “E” and “E” in the resident registration number column, and signed by the Defendant on the name side of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of E, which is a private document on the duty of rights, and a sales contract in the terminal.
