If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months by fraud, etc. at the District Court, and the above sentence became final and conclusive on June 28, 2014.

The defendant stolen the resident registration certificate of the victim B who made a friendly arrest, and opened the cell phone in the name of B using it, and thought to sell it.

1. On October 2, 2013, the Defendant cut off B’s resident registration certificates on the ground of B, which put up the gaps of B locked from the 2nd floor of Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the front line, and cut off B’s resident registration certificates.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place, submitted one copy of the mobile phone subscription application in the name of B forged at the same time and at the same place as if he were duly formed to the staff-in-charge in charge of SKS.

4. When the Defendant demanded a mobile phone agency employee who was unable to know his name at the same time and place, the Defendant held the official document B’s resident registration certificate, which was a stolen official document, as if he were his resident registration certificate.

5. The fraud defendant is committed as if he purchases a normally mobile phone even though he did not have an intention or ability to pay a mobile phone price at the same date, at the same place, and is infallon 3 smartphones equivalent to the market value of 1,067,000 won from the victim E business owner.
