A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013dan3656] The Defendant, while operating “D Telecom” in Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul, was at the place where mobile phone sales would be caused by low cell phone sales, and when he had a pressure on performance, he had a sense of pressure on the sales performance by stealing another’s name. As such, the Defendant had a mind to raise the sales performance by stealing another’s name.

1. On October 24, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document, using tamping tamping mix on the paper for the service new contract (user storage contract) (hereinafter “E”), which was kept at the mobile phone store, entered “F” in the name column, “G” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the resident registration number column, “G”, and “E” in the address column, and then signed the name next to the name of “E”.

In addition, the Defendant entered “E” in the name column, “F” in the telephone number column for contact, and “E” in the application customer column and signed “E” in the form of the mobile device sales contract.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract(for the storage of customers) in the name of E, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and a sales contract for the terminal.

2. The Defendant forged public document, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), entered the name and resident registration number of E in the column of the copy of the resident registration certificate against a person whose name is not known in the name and resident registration number of the head of Geumcheon-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon, and re-duplicated it several times by using a copy of the printed document along with a computer.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the resident registration certificate for E in the name of the head of Geumcheon-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, which is an official document.

3. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document and the uttering of the forged official document are forged as stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) at the time, place, as stated in paragraphs (1) and (2), one “a new service contract”, one “a sales contract for a terminal,” and Daejeon Metropolitan City.
