A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding the absence of the qualification to handle narcotics, the Defendant handled the following narcotics:

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) by trading marijuana;

A. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 300,000 won to the above D and approximately 2g 2g marijuana around the residence of a foreigner in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Non-name D (one-name D) in the middle of 22:0 to 23:00.

B. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 300,000,000 22:0 to 23:00, near the residence of the said D, and purchased approximately 2g, marijuana.

C. On March 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 22:00 to 23:00, the F Park located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and 300,000 won to the said D and approximately 2g of marijuana.

After purchasing marijuana as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant sold approximately 1g of marijuana to H at the residence of the Defendant in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101, and KRW 1.50,000 to H.

E. At around 21:00 to 22:00 on May 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 3g of marijuana from J in the alleyway near the residence of J located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for approximately 3.60,00 won.

F. At around 21:00 to 22:00 on June 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2g of marijuana from J in the alleyway near the residence of the saidJ.

G. On July 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 3 g of marijuana from J in the alleyway near the residence of the saidJ at around 21:00 to 22:00, on July 2013.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) by smoking marijuana;

A. From December 2, 2012 to December 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened four occasions at the residence of the above Defendant; (b) attached a string on the water tank containing approximately 0.5gs of marijuana; and (c) opened a smoke on the water tank containing water; and (d) flow out into the water tank, and smoked in a way that the strings of the strings or the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings, with the strings attached.

B. From February 2013, the Defendant: (a) from the first police officer on February 2013

2. The first half of the year shall be regarded as the police officer.
