A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding the absence of a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the hemp as follows:

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) due to trade or assistance in sales of marijuana;

A. On March 201, 201, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000, from 14:0 to 15:00,00 from 14:0,00 to 4:0,00 from 15:0 to 5:0,00,00 at the E parking lot in ancient-si, Dong-si.

C. On January 2012, the Defendant purchased hemp in total at KRW 1 million by paying KRW 600,000 in cash from F to F’s new bank account at approximately one week after receiving approximately 1.50g ghn from F to Jju-si located in Yong-si, Young-si, Gi-si.

On January 2012, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 75g, among the hemps purchased as above, to L around KRW 50,00,00, at the home of the Defendant’s office located in the Republic of Korea (the following day of the preceding B. On September 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) due to the smoking of marijuana: (a) smoked in the front park of 501, 208, an O apartment of 501, and around 208, at the same time, in a tobacco paper, in a manner of inhaleing the smoke by smoking in a tobacco paper.
