A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the BM5 passenger car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on August 13, 2016, the Defendant placed a registration license plate in front of the above vehicle and attaching the number plate on the number plate with a tape for stuffing in order to avoid an illegal parking control camera on the road adjacent to Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant intentionally made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
